How SIH shortened trainee’s foreign tertiary education

Daramfon (not real name) recently secured a shortened three year tertiary education in an European University.

How did it happen? While waiting for his West African Secondary School Certificate (WASSC), Daramfon enrolled in Start Innovation Hub for a training.

His dedication to studies and outstanding performance earned him a certificate and commendation letter from Start Innovation Hub.

These were part of the requirements needed by the Admissions Board of a topmost global University for Daramfon to be accepted into the institution.

These certifications, alongside his excellent WASSC exams results, and IELTS band score earned him a three years programme for a Bachelor of Science programme in the School of Computing with a major in Software/Games Development in the institution.

The elated parents of Daramfon are not just grateful for the role SIH played in the process, they are interested in more partnership with the company.

“First, his study at Start Innovation provided needed clarification for the gap period between his secondary school education and foreign university admission. This was a critical and compelling requirement for Study Visa Issuance.

“Second, his Start Innovation Certificate, Training and Commendation letter were part of many requirements which were considered by the Admissions Board of a topmost global, continent and country ranked Business University in Europe for the grant of our son’s admission into that university where he has already resumed studies.

“It is most gratifying and heart warming that our son is on a 3 (three years) B.Sc programme in the School of Computing to major in Software/Games Development.

“Besides his outstanding WASSC exams results, excellent IELTS band score, excellent ICT education at primary and secondary schools and personal Passion, our feedback is that Start Innovation Hub has a big place in his career preparation and development and actually contributed to the shortened course duration of 3 (three) years. We are grateful for your role in this regard,” the parents stated.
