The Management of Start Innovation Hub embarked on a one week strategic planning retreat to reposition the company for the new year.
The services of Otiz Keepers was contracted, and the Chief Executive Officer, Otiz Keepers, Mrs Ngozi Chukwu led her team in the training sessions which included:
Day 1 – Setting the Foundation. It had the theme: Reflection, Alignment, and Understanding the Current State.
Day 2 – Crafting the Strategy. It had the theme: Developing Strategic Priorities and Action Plans.
Day 3 – Operationalizing and Driving Implementation. It had the theme: Action Planning, Execution, and Sustaining Momentum.
